HOW LONG IS LEAD TIME

3 days for laser marking, 7 days for standard custom item, 7-14days for non-standard custom product. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR AFTERSALE SERVICE

We offer 6months warranty for battery product, 1 month for consumble accessories and replacement item for defective product.

Delivery: usually we can make delivery within 3 day for regular model, for non-standard custom product it will take 7-14days for production.

Shipment: basically we use courier to make shipping, but we will also coordinate if customer prefer to use their own forwarder.
